Metalloy^® AG-240 Gold Plating Process

Using cobalt as its brightener, Metalloy^® AG-240 gold electroplating process is formulated to deposit a gold layer of 18-24 krats with excellent corrosion resistance.This process can pass all kinds of tests such as RoHS due to none harmful ingredients contained. Metalloy^® AG-240 neutral gold electroplating process is widely used in the field of pure gold jewelry electroforming.

Metalloy^® AG-240 gold plating process contains four components: AG-240 MU (make up), AG-240 RP (replenisher), AG-240 CS (conductive salt), and AG-240 IR (impurity remover). The plating bath is very stable with a service life more than 2 years. It can work effectively even if the gold content is as low as 0.4 g/l. Metalloy^® AG-240 IR can restore it as a new one when the bath is aged.
