Metalloy® CS-919 Jinhelite® Imitation Gold Electroplating Additive
Metalloy® CS-919 Jinhelite ® imitation gold plating process can obtain perfect 18K to 24K color imitation gold plating, which is an ideal low-cost decorative plating process to replace 18K to 24K pure gold plating. The plating solution in this process is stable, the color is stable and pure, and by adjusting the current parameters, various transition colors from 18K to 24K from light to dark can be realized. The coating can obtain the required anti-corrosion performance through coating treatment.

Metalloy® CS-916 Jinhelite® imitation platinum plating process
Metalloy® CS-916 Jinhelite® imitation platinum electroplating process is an alkaline copper-tin alloy electroplating process containing cyanide. The ratio of copper to tin in the coating is about 50:50. The coating has high gloss, low porosity, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The color is as white as rhodium, so it is also called imitation platinum. The thickness of the coating can reach 10 microns. The process has good positioning ability and is easy to operate (can be rack-plated or barrel-plated), and is especially suitable for decorative electroplating of hardware parts, jewelry, jewelry, watches, glasses, etc. Both barrel plating and rack plating are suitable.
The metalloy® CS-916 gold alloy imitation platinum plating process obtained by the plating process has good solderability and friction resistance, so it is also used for electroplating processing of electronic hardware.
