Unimirror® PN-60 Satin Nickel Plating Process
Unimirror® PN-60 satin nickel plating additives is a kind of satin nickel plating process with short operating period less than 10 hours developed by HSCT early in 2000. This kind of process requires an activated carbon filtration treatment after working continuously for about 10 hours without any aid of other facilities, which is time-consuming, laborious, and costly. Therefore, the application of this process is greatly restricted when long-lasting pearl nickel process successfully appears on the marked. However, this process ushered in a new spring with the equipping of long-lasting machine around 2018.
Unimirror® PN-60 satin nickel plating process has the following characteristics:
A Its deposit has clear and tridimensional satin appearance different from that plated by a long-lasting process, which is praised highly by the auto parts customers.
B It is easy to coat a layer of bright nickel on its deposits, which can further enhance the texture of satin.
C It can be used continuously monthly with equipment of a long-lasting machine.
Unimirror® PN-62 Long-lasting Satin Nickel Plating Process
Composed of five components, Unimirror® PN-62 long-lasting satin nickel plating process is the first products of long-lasting satin nickel plating process, developed by HSCT earlier on 2010 on the market. It is based on the principle of phase equilibrium to stabilize the emulsified particles in the electroplating bath. This process has the following characteristics:
A Can obtain satin deposits with perfect and delicate pearl texture in wide current density span.
B Can work continuously for more than 15 days without decomposing.
C Deposits speedly, usually in 2-4 minutes.
D High yield with fewer deffectives caused by color difference, or bubbles, or dark spots.
Unimirror® PN-66 Long-lasting Satin Nickel Plating Process
Mirror® PN-66 long-lasting satin nickel electroplating additives further improved the stability of the emultified particles through introduction of Brownian motion mechanism in the electrolytes. Composed of only three components, this process is much stabler and easier to use and maintain. It has the following five characteristics:
A Can obtain satin deposits with perfect and delicate pearl texture in wide current density span.
B Can work continuously for more than 15 days without decomposing.
C Deposits speedly, usually in 2-4 minutes.
D High yield with fewer deffectives caused by color difference, or bubbles, or dark spots.
E Can obtain deposits with different textures in the same bath only by adjusting the amount and ratio of components.
F Can be applied in either rack plating process or barrel plating process.
