Role-to-role Continuous Plating Process

The advantage of HSCT's continuous electroplating process is that there are an one-stop supplying full range of high-quality additives either for pretreating or for electroplating.

Uniklear^® HL-300 series ultrasonic degreasing process system has been formulated for continuous electroplating with the introduction of defoaming agents, which has high efficiency and less foam. Among them, Uniklear^® SF-304 ultrasonic detergent is used for continuous degreasing of aluminum alloy, and other light metal coils. Uniklear^® SF-306 ultrasonic detergent is used for continuous degreasing of copper based alloys and, steel or stainless steel coils.

Similarly, Uniklear® HL-200 series electrolytically degreasing process system has been formulated for continuous electroplating with the introduction of defoaming agents, which has high efficiency, less foam. and high curren efficiency. Among them, Uniklear® SF-201 electrolytic detergent is used for continuous electrolytically degreasing for aluminum alloy and other light metal coils. Uniklear® SF-202 electrolytic detergent is used for continuous electrolytically degreasing of copper based alloys and steel or stainless steel coils.

The pre-treatment process for aluminum-based coils also needs to include Uniklear^® HL-307 alkaline etching process, SF-380 environmentally friendly zincating process, ENC-52 environmentally friendly chemical nickel plating process.

Electroplating additives that can be used for continuous electroplating include: Unimirror® AC-1 one-component high-speed copper plating brightener, NBE-600  nickel sulfamate series low-stress nickel brightener, TinEX-468/469 tin-plating brightener, Metalloy^® AG-100/240 gold-plating additives, Metalloy® AG-300 series silver-plating brightener, Metalloy^® CS-900 series Cu-Sn alloy electroplating additives, TN-82 Ni-Sn alloy electroplating additives, and Metalloy^® TC-88 Co-Sn alloy plating additives.
