Unimirror® Multilayer Nickel Plating Process
Unimirror ® multi-layer nickel plating process, designed for the Cu-Ni-Cr and Ni-Cr decorative plating process with high corrosion resistance, consisting of SMB-606 semi-gloss nickel plating process, NBE-628 bright nickel plating process, and NF-609 nickel sealing process, is especially suitable for electroplating decorative products with high corrosion resistance, such as auto parts, sanitary hardwares, and so on. There are many remits for this process, including:
A easy to control the potential differences, that between the semi-gloss nickel layer and the bright nickel layer can be stablly controlled between 90-120mv, and that between the bright nickel layer and the sealed nickel layer can be sablly controlled between 30-50mv.
B easy to pass a 72-hour CASS test.
C easy to maitain the electrolytes.
Unimirror® NBE-622 Barrel Nickel Brightener
Unimirror® NBE-622 barrel nickel brightener is specially formulated for barrel plating process. There are many remits for this brightener, including:
A brightens fast, only about 40 minutes needed for finishing plating a barrel of articles.
B has excellent leveling and throwing power.
C shines white lustrousness on the deposit surface.
D post-process easily due to low stress and excellent ductility of the deposits.

Unimirror® NBE-628 Bright Nickel Process
Unimirror® NBE-628 Nickel Brightener is a kind of general-purpose brightener for nickel plating process, for example, for consisting of the multi-layer nickel plating process with SMB-606 and NF-609 additives. It is also used alone as brightener for rack and barrel nickel plating.There are many remits for this brightener, including:
A has excellent leveling and throwing power.
B shines white lustrousness from the deposit surface.
C easy to deposit chromium on its coating.

Unimirror® NBE-629 Bright Nickel Plating Process
Unimirror® NBE-629 Nickel Brightener is a kind of general-purpose brightener for nickel plating process, for example, for constituting the multi-layer nickel plating process system with SMB-606 and NF-609 additives. It is also used singly as brighteners for rack or barrel nickel plating. The main difference of Unimirror® NBE-629 Nickel Brightener from Unimirror® NBE-628 is there is a nuance of tune of their deposits. There are many remits for this brightener, including:

B shines a little gloomy lustrousness on the deposit surface compared to that of NBE-628.

Unimirror® NBE-668 Bright Nano Nickel Plating Process
Unimirror® NBE-668 Bright Nano Nickel Plating Process is specially designed to significantly improve the corrosion resistance of nickel-plated products for meeting requirements of strick corrosion-resistance. It can improve the CASS test level at least 24 hours. It can be used to constitute a multi-layer nickel plating process system with SMB-606 semi-gloss nickel plating and NF-609 nickel sealing process, and with decorative chromium. Also, it can be used singly for rack nickel plating or barrel nickel plating. There are many merits applying Unimirror® NBE-668 Bright Nano Nickel Plating Process, including :
A can significantly improve the salt spray test level.
B significantly improve the hardness and friction resistance of the coating.
C the apperance of the coating is getting whiter and more brilliant.
D it can be used to obtain a nano composite coating with high corrosion resistance, combining with hexavalent chromium, trivalent chromium, gun color, etc.
E it can be added directly into the bright nickel electrolyte bath, with no need to make up another bath.
F it can greatly cut down the cost on the condition that the same salt spray test level is achieved, compared to the traditional plating process.
Unimirror® NBE-680 Nickel Sulfamate Plating Process
Unimirror® NBE-680 Nickel Sulfamate Plating Process is formulated specially for those products with requirement of extremely low stress, which is widely used for electroplating electronic hardwares and relevant products.
