Product Description

Metalloy® Nickel-Tin and Cobalt-Tin Alloy Plating Process

Metalloy® nickel-tin and cobalt-tin alloy plating process can deposit a layer of Ni-Sn or Co-Sn alloy with gun black tune. The electrolyte of nickel-tin alloy plating process  shows acidity, while that of cobalt-tin alloy plating process shows alkalicity. Both can be applied in either rack plating process, or barrel plating process, or continuously plating process.  Particularly,  cobalt-tin alloy plating process is used in the case where nickel element is prohibited by the customers for its tendency to cause skin allergy.
