Electroplating Techniques Maximizing the Salt Spray Test Duration

Uniklear^® TP-100 electrolytically protective coating is used to prevent electroplated products from tarnishing and enhance salt spray testing duration.

For a multilayer nickel plating system, the combination of Unimirror^® NBE-668 bright nano nickel plating process with SMB-606 semi-gloss nickel plating process and NF-609 seal plating process can obtain deposits  with ultra-high corrosion resistance.

For a nickel-plated product,  the combination of Unimirror^® NBE-668 bright nano nickel plating process (replace traditional bright nickel process) with Uniklear^® TP-100 electrolytically protective coating can obtain deposits with corrosion resistance much better than that plated by traditional process.

The  combination of Unimirror^® NBE-668 bright nano nickel plating process with trivalent chromium, gun color, imitation gold, and so on deposits can obtain a nano composite deposits with improved corrosion resistance.
